A practical, family-forward entrepreneurship program for EO member kids to build, learn, lead, and create impact.
The first project is the Fall Family Carnival.
The carnival gives young founders a reason to build something concrete: product, booth, pricing, promotion, customer experience, and profit and loss.
Ages 14-19
The main planning cohort will learn the business basics and help shape the first project.
Family-supported booths
Younger EO kids can participate with parent support if they want to create and run a booth.
Older kids and EO members
Older EO kids, young adults, and members can support as mentors, guides, and project coaches.
What participants practice
Participants practice the same fundamentals founders use every day: offer, money, marketing, execution, feedback, and resilience.
Offer
Choose what to sell, who it serves, and why someone would buy it.
Money
Set pricing, estimate costs, and understand profit and loss.
Marketing
Promote the booth, tell the story, and invite customers in.
Execution
Run the booth, serve customers, adapt quickly, and learn from the result.
