At the Board Roll-Over Dinner, I shared the theme I want to guide this year: Intentional Impact.
The idea is simple. Most of us already make an impact. Something comes up, somebody needs help, and we step in. That is good. But this year, I want EO Utah to help us be more deliberate about where we make that impact: in our families, our businesses, our teams, our health, our community, and the places we lead.

My hope is that next June, members and their families can look back and feel that EO did not just add to their calendar. It added to their life.
